I have a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from UCLA, focusing on user experience, human-computer interaction, and information architecture. I strive to enhance user experiences by promoting and implementing inclusive design and universal accessibility design principles. Along with a few colleagues with various backgrounds, I have led UX design projects for organizations that give back to local communities.
